What happens during a session?

Each session is unique and guided by your body’s needs. Using techniques like Body Code, Belief Code, Emotion Code, and Biofeedback, I identify and release energetic imbalances, trapped emotions, or limiting beliefs. Sessions are gentle, non-invasive, and can be done in person or online.

How long does a session last?

Most sessions are 45–60 minutes. This allows time for both the energy work and a brief discussion so you understand the shifts taking place.

How many sessions will I need?

It varies for each person. Some clients notice changes after just one session, while others benefit from ongoing work to address deeper patterns and support long-term wellness goals.

Do I need to prepare for my session?

No special preparation is needed. You may wish to wear comfortable clothing and drink water beforehand. If we’re meeting online, choose a quiet, private space where you can relax.
