Emotion Code sessions help identify and release trapped emotions that may be contributing to stress patterns, emotional heaviness, or feeling “stuck.” Sessions are calm, respectful, and tailored to you—available in-person in Richland, WA and remotely.

What is Emotion Code?
Emotion Code is a gentle method for identifying and releasing trapped emotions—energetic imprints from past experiences that the body may still be holding. Many people describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more emotionally steady after sessions.
This work is non-invasive, done fully clothed, and can be experienced in-person or remotely.

What does a session feel like ?
We begin with your intention (what you want support with now). Using muscle testing, I identify trapped emotions that may be ready to release. I guide the process with care, pacing, and permission.
Most sessions feel calming. Some clients feel emotional relief immediately; others notice a shift over the next several days as the nervous system settles and integrates.
Good to know: You’re always in control. We go at a pace that feels safe.

I hold this work with a blend of precision and gentleness. Sessions are guided by the body’s priorities, not a fixed script. I’m trained and certified, and I take emotional safety seriously—especially for sensitive seasons of life.
If something feels fragile, we go slower. If your system is ready, we can move more efficiently. Either way: the goal is integration, not intensity.
In-person and remote sessions
In-person (Richland, WA): Supportive, grounded, and ideal if you love being in a dedicated healing space.
Remote: Just as effective for many clients—ideal if you’re traveling, live out of town, or prefer the comfort of your home.

Is Emotion Code therapy?
No. Emotion Code is a wellness modality focused on energetic and emotional support. It’s not psychotherapy and does not replace medical or mental health care.
Do I have to talk about painful experiences?
Not in detail. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you prefer. The process can be very effective without retelling your whole story.
What does a session feel like?
Most clients experience sessions as calming and gentle. Some feel lighter right away; others notice changes over the next few days.
How many sessions do I need?
It varies. Some people feel meaningful shifts in 1–3 sessions; others prefer a short series for deeper pattern work. We can stay flexible.
Can you work remotely?
Yes. Remote sessions are available and are a great fit for many clients.
Is this medical treatment?
No. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. This work is designed to support the body’s stress and emotional regulation.
What if I’m very sensitive or going through a fragile time?
That’s okay. We can move slowly, prioritize nervous system safety, and keep sessions gentle and grounded.
