What happens after I schedule a session?

After scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email with appointment details and any simple preparation guidance if needed. Sessions are personalized and unfold at a comfortable pace, based on your individual goals and needs.

Are sessions available in-person and remotely?

Yes. Sessions are available in person in Richland, Washington, and remote sessions are available for clients who prefer or require distance appointments. Both formats are designed to provide supportive and individualized care.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Rescheduling and cancellation guidelines are provided during booking and included in confirmation emails. These policies are designed to support clarity, fairness, and respect for both client and practitioner scheduling.

Do I need to prepare anything before my session?

Most sessions require little or no preparation. You are encouraged to arrive or join your session in a relaxed and comfortable state. Any helpful preparation suggestions will be included in your confirmation email if applicable.
