What is the Body Code™?

The Body Code™ is a wellness method that helps identify and release imbalances that may contribute to stress, discomfort, or reduced vitality. It builds on Emotion Code® work by exploring additional layers—such as energetic, structural, nutritional, emotional, and other patterns—so you can move forward with more clarity and support.

Sessions are gentle, non-invasive, and guided at a pace that feels safe and comfortable.

Who is this for?

Body Code sessions are a good fit if you want support with:

  • Sleep challenges and nervous system tension

What happens in a session?

We begin with a brief check-in and a clear intention. You do not need to know the root cause of what’s going on.

Many clients find it helpful to arrive with 3–4 areas they’d like to improve, for example:

  • “I don’t sleep well.”

  • “I feel anxious or on edge.”

  • “I keep repeating the same relationship pattern.”

  • “I want to feel more motivated and grounded.”

From there, we use a structured process to identify priority imbalances and support your system in releasing what is ready—step by step.

Most sessions feel calm and grounding. Some clients notice immediate emotional lightness; others notice subtle shifts unfolding over the next few days.

Session options

Full Body Code Session (60 Minutes)

A comprehensive session that allows time to explore multiple layers of imbalance and address priority patterns more deeply. Ideal if you prefer a slower pace, want to cover several areas in one visit, or are working through more complex or long-standing stress patterns.

Focused Body Code Session (30 Minutes)

A shorter, targeted session designed to address one or two priority concerns with clarity and efficiency. A good option for maintenance, follow-up work, or when you want support around a specific issue.

Do I need to talk about trauma or share personal details?
No. You are always in control of what you share. Sessions can be effective without retelling painful experiences.

How many sessions do I need?
It depends on your goals and how your system responds. Some people start with one session; others benefit from a short series for deeper integration.

Is this safe?
Sessions are non-invasive and designed to be gentle. You can pause at any time.

Can this diagnose or treat medical conditions?
No. Sessions do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or psychological conditions. This work is supportive and educational in nature.

What should I do after a session?
Hydrate, rest if you can, and notice what shifts over the next few days. Subtle integration is common.
